Not owned by same as Ichiban. How can you say it's "fresh" if only that few people eating at a dinner service. IMO no way they are turning over enough product to keep sushi fresh.
No I will say I did eat there and it was good for what it is, buffet sushi. I would in no way put on same level with any specialty rolls from other sushi places in town.

That's a good point about turnover and product, but it tasted and looked fresh. We sat at the bar, and watched the guys working on it. Fish smelled clean, wasn't coming apart, color looked bright. I will admit that I didn't watch them buy it from the market. It's not buffet sushi like Nagoya...which can get a little rubbery after sitting out, this was tender and tasted really good.
