Technically, RG3's not. He was born after they moved. But his parents have roots here in NOLA for sure, so I would assume he's visited relatives here at some point.

I doubt that a friendship would have anything to do with how TM7 and TR play on the field. Maybe a little less smacktalking by TM i'd guess.
