I guess we don't know for sure but I think we'd have seen some blood if it was done in the house. They make it look like the baby was snatched from the house and not killed in the house.
Also, in the Pilot the gingers see a freshly killed rat...exactly the kind of thing Thaddeus could have been munching on to survive.

And also at this point the second season would be 378392 times better if it was a whole new cast and drastically different storyline.
I just dont see how you can pick up from here. I love the characters and the whole plot but its for the betterment of the show

i'm wondering if they'll close up this storyline and open it in a new house with different things going on. it's called "american horror story", not "LA" or another town.
that being said if constance and others aren't part of the next season, i don't see the show surviving. it will certainly be interesting to see where they go with it

Who is Thaddeus? He looked awesome!
One way for the show to go on without a new storyline in a new setting is to have another family move into the house, but have the Harmons be an important part of the story.

They might as well just hand the Emmy over to Jessica Lange right now. If they go to another house/family next season, what solid actor/actress wouldn't want to be given the same type of great writing and oppportunity that Lange had this year. A one year TV series is pretty easy to fit into your schedule.

I hate this idea TBH. You would know too much about the family and the house and the ghosts. The mystery that made the show would be gone.

Does anyone have any ideas about the identity of Constance's 4th child? I read somewhere that some people think Tate is a twin, which explains why we sometimes see Bad Tate and Good Tate. I haven't really figured out how that would work though, but I kinda like that idea.
Or Tate could be possessed by bad baby Thaddeus, which is why he doesn't always remember doing the evil things he does? Idk.. just theories I read. Any thoughts?

I like this theory. Maybe it's all about finding some kind of living vessel for Thaddeus...but it all depends on what Thaddeus really is right now.

Interesting thought. She was calling the child her grand-baby the whole time. Maybe it was because she knew both of the twins were her grandchildren. Not sure if it will go that way but nice perspective either way. I haven't heard that theory yet.
