Saw that the Packers signed QB Graham Harrell from the practice squad. Wonder if this means anything for Flynn's position on the team?

Or they're thinking of sitting Rodgers late in games.

Maybe so. Packers could trade him in the offseason.

I think Flynn is a free agent soon as this season is in the books. They know he is gone, they cannot afford to pay a back up starters money.

Is Matt Flynn demanding (or does he deserve) starter's money?

Several teams have interest in Flynn as a potential starter. He has been a hot commodity ever since the Pats game at the end of last season. He wont be a backup in NOLA. Starters get starter money. The Packers should have traded Flynn and capitalized on his value. They were keeping him as an expensive safety blanket considering the trade value. Now his contract is expiring and a team in need of a starter will make him a Kevin Kolb type offer.

Flynn is widely thought of as the best back up in the NFL. he is compared to the likes of kolb and cassel. Dont know if he will get that kind of money as he has never played siginificant time like the 2 of them did but that is the thinking of most people in the NFL

I hope he's not Kolb hasn't really panned out and Cassel hasn't been spectacular.

He deserves at least as much as an unproven draft pick.
Flynn will get a huge payday.

Of course not. I expect him to make about between 4.5-6 million. I forgot about the Kolb mega deal. I was referring to his Philadelphia numbers.
