Did anybody notice in the CST broadcast of the SECCG Greg Bowser's praise for the throw by JJ to OBjr in the endzone(that was eventually ruled as incomplete because the throw was in the ground) - what is the love affair with JJ??

are you a retard? do you not understand that throwing close to the ground to a sliding reciever is actually practiced in the endzone?

The throw was not in the ground. It was a catchable ball and OBJ juggled it as he was going down. The pass was where it should have been. JJ had a bad game overall, but there was nothing wrong with that pass.

OBJ should have made that catch.

Yeah - just like all of the other great throws - I guess the throw to RR was supposed to be underthrown when he had the defender beat by 5 yards

I dont know anything about the comments made regarding Bowser, but I know JJ didnt mean to throw that one in the ground like you suggest BigEd... If thats the case he does that on 80% of his dam passes. Either too low or too high, JJ is a pathetic passer, and that will never change... Dude can run, he just cant think fast enought to be a good passer.... No hate, just telling like it is.

You can hear Bowser trashing Lee as far back as the Tennessee game, while praising Jordan Jefferson.

If you think it doesn't exist on both ends, then get real.

The Arkansas game was the worst, however. That replay is so ridiculously skewed. He's not even close to being objective anymore.

Just relax, we can win a National Title & put this long (LSU) National nightmare behind us in one more game...

im not saying jj was accurate saturday, he wasn't.

But please don't act like you've never seen sliding catches from receivers before. OBJ was sliding before the pass left his hands.

One of the few decent throws he made that day.

Other than the 5 step drop, hitch, wind up and throw to a receiver who had zero room to beat a corner back on. When inside the 10 yard line (and especially when inside the 5 yard line), the QB has to be ready to throw the ball quickly and before the receiver breaks, not after.

JJ was actually on target for most of the Arky game.

I love how people think that Lee would have done better with the absolutely atrocious blocking by the OL in the first half.

So your argument went from a physical issue (precision passing) to a mental issue?

Why would he be sliding to the ground before it left JJ's hands - did he know that JJ was going to throw it into the ground perhaps!! That is NOT a designed play in any league.
