Never implied the board to tell Miles how to run the program.

He didn't do jack in second half either. Anyone could have given ball to KH, Blue etc. JJ was awful tonight.

Did we watch the same game tonight. The QB play could not have been worse. You want to blame it on the O-line, but this is the same O-line that protected Lee for the first 8 game to the tune of 4 total sacks. They offensive line did not throw that quacker to RR that was thrown 2 secs late and 10 yds short. JJ displayed zero accuracy, no pocket presence, and took several sacks in the 1st half alone.

If Lee was not the answer, then try Mett. But Lee may still lead the conference in QB rating...hard for me to believe that it was not worth giving him some snaps.

We watched JJ play awfully for the 1st 7-8 games last year, having several games saved by Lee...but Miles kept trotting JJ back out there. It is not difficult to believe that Miles has some strange affinity for JJ that clouds his judgment.

Miles is in charge, and he can make whatever decisions he wants...but LSU fans have the right to question his treatment of Lee over the past two weeks.

I don't hate JJ or JL. But, just for grins, would you pray for me, too?

There is something else going on here, and one of them is a certain blindness by CLM:

* He would put JJ in for a 90% running down, but not JLee for a 90% passing down.
* He would yank JLee for two INTs (against a dominant Alabama), but not JJ for an INT and a safety (against a markedly inferior team - W. Kentucky)

The appearance of the way JLee has been treated is one of utter shabbiness. Even if he is proved academically inelgible , which is only a rumor at this point, JLee, the QB who carried LSU against some mighty opponents for the first seven games of this year, deserved more than taking a knee on one play of the SEC Championship game.

Part of being a team is dancing with them that brung ya. Jlee brung LSU to the dance.

The rectitude and logic of your thought processes is surely proven by your gratuitous ad hominem attacks.

JJ looked the way he did in the first half is because UGA domintated the line so LSU did not run the ball good at all. Second half was a different story.

What game were you watching? JJ badly missed Ruban Randle in the first series and did no better the rest of the game. UGA was staking the line of scrimmage because they knew JJ would not beat them passing. JJs passing failure put the extra blocking responsibilities and pressure on the OL. Thankfully the Honey Badger gave us a short field and JJ was effective handing the ball to Hillard and Blue, but JL could have done as well handing to Hillard and Blue.
