They also have a playoff system in place. Not an every week counts system

Every week does count.

Most pollsters said that Alabama had a very tenuous hold on their #3 spot even.

Then ALL of the other contenders lost.

Folks seem to be forgetting that important point.

It was also being referred to as a national championship semifinal. The loser would likely not win division or conference. It was billed as an elimination game.

If it's not a playoff, it makes no sense that we have to beat them in a winner take all game, when we had to go in to BDS and won already. I think we would beat them again anyway, but how they go over a team that won the best conference this year is ridiculous. And there is no argument that the SEC is better than the Big 12 top to bottom. Our top is stronger, yes. But our bottom is much weaker.

I didn't forget, so the timing of the loss is the final verdict of #2? NO!

Bama fans say "They (OSU, OU, Stanford, Oregon) didn't take care of their business, we did"

LOL! Alabama lost at home to #1.... nuff said.., they didn't take of business when they had the best opportunity to do so.
