The only reason i want too see the game again is to see LSU whip them.Do they deserve another shot???NO..If u cant win a division in ur conference u do not deserve a shot at the national title

Do you honestly think they are not better than all the other teams? And further, do you not acknowledge the system in place - known to all at the beginning of the year - is very clearly that #1 plays #2?

Everybody keeps saying this but humans decide who #2 is so why do they keep saying this?

The computers will vote OSU #2 by weeks end if they beat OU? Why? Because they have a tougher schedule and have the same record as the team with a weaker one.

I don't get that arguement?

Yes the BCS was created to pit 1 vs 2 but 2/3's of the damn formula is done by HUMANS.

I think the idea that "1 vs 2" decides something is what the BCS hoped to accomplish. How does it accomplish that if the same teams, in the same positions, play each other twice and split wins?
What does it decide?

It is what it is...

The chance for LSU to rub Bama's face in it
vs
The chance for a lot of undecided controversy

Bring on The Gumps.

In reality, we don't know how good OSU is until they play us.

Remember the huge spread OSU had on Florida in the 2006 championship? Everyone who bet on florida just to cover was at the bank by halftime.

Projections are just projections. anything can happen on the field.

Yes I THINK Alabama is better than OSU. But in reality, it's just a thought.

If OSU beats LSU in Nola, they have the full right to be unanimous national champions.

If Bama beats LSU in Nola, I guess they have showed that they are at least equal to LSU? They could be better?

Bottom line, if someone else has an argument, you have to go with them.

That being said, if OSU loses to OU, no one else would have an argument. Bama would 100% deserve a rematch (not in reality, but based on how our system operates).

So its a beauty contest?

OSU,should it beat OU, has a better or at least as good a body of work. They will also be a conference champ and have not yet played LSU.

And if you still think bama is better i say .......so did many think bama was better than utah in 08 ....and we all know how that went

Hell its not 100% we beat OSU

for someone who crusades against innate human bias as much as you do, why are you knighting for Bama?

did you take the blind test on the CBS website?

Does not matter. If we beat them in the SEC Championship game and we're #1 and #2 (i know - it's not possible, but stay with me) would there be a rematch for the BCS title? Of course not. So what's the difference? Timing?
