According to the end of the trailer - it came out in 2010.
FWIW - This is the first I've seen of it... but I've admittedly been out of the loop a little bit.

I wonder if they included any of his efforts in finding Big Foot after he stepped down? I half expected over the years to see Dale pop up in episodes of "Ancient Aliens". If they really wanted to play up the crazy card, there certainly is no short supply of examples.
