Even at 11-0, do you believe we have QBs who can throw the ball if needed to win a game?

Ole Miss was a great opportunity to fine tune our passing game but we decide to run it 46 times and only throw it 8 times. Why not give the QBs some reps with short and medium range throws and see how they do in a game situation?

I get your point but I like the power run gameplan Les is using. Low turnovers, wear down the defense, control the clock, demoralize the opposing team.

Don't need to. We run the ball down the Hog's throat next Friday. If they can't stop our running game, they are screwed. Our defense will put the smackdown on them in a HOSTILE Tiger Stadium. We will win by 17-21 points.

Yes. We threw the ball to win games last year. We are vastly improved this year, so I would think yeah.

While this may in fact be a valid question, it is also somewhat myopic. Few teams are without some weakness. Other questions that could've been asked in history.

1)Can AU really win a game with it's defense if necessary(2010)

2)During Bama's MNC season, "what if teams stuff their run, can their QB do it?"

Even this year, until this week......

Can Arky really win with a mediocre defense?

Can Oregon really win with no ability to ground and pound?

Can OKIE ST really win out with such a porous defense?

The answer is sometimes no obviously. But, teams always have to overcome some shortcoming. LSU isn't a passing team. But it aint like they're helpless in that area either.

Yeah, like trolling boards and telling other people how pathetic their lives are. Don't you think that's more pathetic? If you've got nothing better to talk about, GTFO the computer and find a woman.

Would you rather do it against Arkansas or in the SEC championship game?

I think this is a likely outcome, but why wouldn't you want to improve the one part of your game that makes you vulnerable. shite happens. Maybe Arky is able to stop us. Maybe we drive the ball up and down the field, but fumble it away without scoring. It's not prudent to be purposefully one-dimensional.

We won by 49 without having to throw. Heck, we had to take a knee four straight plays with five minutes left to avoid scoring yet again. And outside of Bama, we've pretty much hammered most everyone without having to throw too much. But when we have, we've hit a fair number of homerun passes to Randle and OBJ.

We've used the same recipe all year long. Strong running game. Pass as we need to. Nasty defense. Unbelievable special teams. And it's been more than enough to crush most teams. The QBs will work on the their passing in practice. We'll be fine.

No you pathetic little nerd. You do it in practice against the best D in football.
DUH. You DO know that they practice don't you? And you Do know against whom, don't you?
I mean really Sparky do you think the Ole Miss secondary would be any challenge?
Passing a lot against Ole Miss would have done nothing to prepare the LSU passing game for Arky or the SECCG.

Where do you sports dweebs come from?

Seriously!!!!!!! Just stop with this. Jefferson made some extremely good throws during the game. We have 6 running backs that could start anywhere else in the country. Lets use them, to beat the hell out of any opponent we face.
