I'm coming from Dallas for the Ark game and was wondering about parking. I haven't been a game in about 10 years. Where can the public park at and how far in advance of the game should I arrive to be able to park?

Two top ten teams with a 1:30 PM kickoff?
No later than 8:30 if you want free, relatively close parking. Or pay $40 to park on campus.

Parking by the levee is still free. If you get there at least 3 hours early, you should be fine.

anyone use the CATS bus from downtown to get to the game? how is the parking around dtown to use the bus?

I just pay $20 and park in people's yard near the tennis courts.
The tailgatiing is not the same on 1:30 kickoffs, but the aftergame seen is better.
