This makes sense. It actually makes it even worse in my opinion. These are kids that not only were neglected from birth and never had a real child life, but then were abused by the man who was supposed to stand for helping them.

Well, I guarantee you Sandusky thought of a way to access easy targets and then developed this program. He found the most innocent and easy prey out there and abused them more than they already were.
