wut? What should you make preseason predictions based on exactly if not what you think will happen?

Over the years his preseason picks have been more accurate than most. I'm guessing most of you were not so mad back in 2003 when he picked LSU as a dark horse contender for the NC.

That was the 1st Steele mag I ever bought. Got 1 every year since. A valuable stat and a quick schedule guide. Over all the #'s are pretty good.

we were one of three dark horse contenders so it ain't like he laid his dick on the table and predicted much of anything. He lumped us into a group of other teams and said "maybe". BFD.

It should be based on perceived strength of the team vs. perceived lack of strength of a schedule.

You should never rank one team ahead of another because you that that team has an easier road. It's funny that you don't agree with that.
