However, no one seems to be holding the 22-yr-old grad assistant accountable. He's a fricking voting adult and is getting a pass in the court of public opinion b/c he's not a dinosaur like Joe Pa.

I know some of it has to do with him being an unknown nationally, but he holds just as much moral responsibility as Joe Pa and everyone else all the way up to the top.

First of all, I believe the assistant was 28 years old. Second, he is slightly more culpable than Paterno. Third, there are many people calling that coward out. Fourth, you are correct that everyone one of those people at PSU that knew about it have significant culpability for failing to act.
