Since he I younger, yes. Mett is more talented than him but I would think he would start when mett leaves.

I don't really get his trashing of McCarron at all.

Considering it was McCarron's 1st time on big stage in a 1-2 matchup, I thought he played fairly well. I had hoped he would choke. His 1 pick was really due to a spectacular grab by Mo -- compared to Lee's 2 picks. No one can say McC's play was the reason for Bama's loss. Finebaum is off target here.

He's obviously trolling the bama fans with that comment.
Posted on 11/8/11 at 7:56 am to 756
That's his way of getting his bama brothers to call in since they were absent yesterday.

Their starting freshman QB looked better than our starting 5th-yr senior QB. Just sayin'.
McCarron shows a lot of upside... Damn nice release.

They have put so much stock in Saban, they don't know what to do.

Did you happen to catch the Bama fans fluffing his balls the week before the game and praising him and saying that he would never be an issue in the game.
He was a MAJOR clog in their gameplan and his inexperience showed.
I loved seeing just out of spite of Bama fans that called the kid what he is not.

He probably is right, think about it his best chance to play would be a couple years from now if he could beat out rivers

He hit Richardson twice on broken plays by the defense (hatcher).
Other than that....
Took a sack in OT.
Missed quite a few throws.
The INT

What? Why do you say this?

I just said it.
what did he do other than dump the ball to Richardson on two busted plays?
He missed Richardson on a wheel route when someone was actually covering him in OT.
He threw the pick that got LSU deep in to Bama territory. Whoever said that was a spectacular play by Mo...yeah, it was a good catch.....but Mo had already read the play and broke on the pass. Anyone on the field could have made that pick.
The sack in OT that basically took them out of FG range.

People can look at numbers all they want, but everyone here knows there is more to QB play than just numbers.

On another note; is Finebaum still blowing Saban??
