Personally I do not care. I just want us to get there! However - IF you could pick a team who would it be and why? Boise State or Stanford or OK State would be intriguing as would rematch w Oregon or Alabama. All of those teams would be worthy opponents.

No rematches.

Undefeated/ one loss Stanford, Okie lite or OU deserve a shot more than Bama.

Bama had their shot at us at home and squandered it.

Got to admit....anybody but BAMA.

We won, glad of it, but Apollo Creed said it best....

Ain't gonna be no rematch!

well, i dont want Oregon or Alabama.. they dont deserve it, no matter what, and LSU shouldnt have to beat them twice..

so i guess Boise, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State or Stanford.. with Stanford being my favorite choice, since i would like to embarrass Andrew Luck..

Boise! We already beat Bama and Oregon, and will have to get through Arky and UGA to get there, so let it be easy for once while ending the Boise thing once and for all, because it could hurt LSU down the road next year or whenever with Boise continuing to think they have an argument and it costing LSU the chance to play in a NCG then.

Anyone but Bama. I respect the hell out of them and last night didn't determine the best team in the SEC west, it was in the country hands down. If I had votes in the rankings this would be my top 5.

1. LSU
2. Okie State
3. Alabama
4. Stanford
5. OU

(frick boise I'll never respect a team that wins only 1 big game a year against a big boy conference's 5th best team)

Whoever we have the best chance of beating. You have to think that a defense like Ok State would give LSU the greatest chance of "playing for victory".

Unbeaten Okie. State > Unbeaten Stanford > Unbeaten Boise State > One-loss conference champ Oklahoma > One loss Conference champ Oregon

the most interesting opponent might be stanford - just for the andrew luck factor

plus they are a really physical running team

alabama is tremendous but i'm not much for rematches unless everyone else stubs their toe, ok state would be interesting with the miles used to coach there angle but I think they may just lack the physicality to make it a good game against lsu

boise is better in teh trenches than many give them credit for but I just don't think they deserve a shot with their schedule
