It says Anheuser-Busch which is in St. Louis Missouri always leads opposition to the laws when the Missouri congress tries to enact an open container law.
I could have swore when I was younger they used to have an open container law. When I was working back in the 80' and 90's as a doorman people use to come in and buy 6 packs of beer on Sunday because bars were the only places allowed to sell alcohol on Sundays.

In the mid to late 80's on Sunday you could only buy 3.2 beer and there was only one place in town that paid the extra money to sell it (a resteraunt), with Fort Leonard Wood right here the military people could just go on base and buy it.
