Skip Bayless is Right about Saints.

As much as I hate this Dbag, AttentionWhore, he hit th nail on the head this Morning. Saints are a highly flawed Team who feed off of Home crowd like no other, and are exposed on the road. Weak in the trenches and Brees has to do too much every road game. As good as Drew is, can't carry team alone.

OMG NO WAYZ!!!
This saints team is soooooo good. Not a matter of playing Green Bay for the NFC Championship, but where. Right now based on how both teams have played it will be the Dome no doubt!!!
And by the way, you are a bandwagoner for saying anything bad about the saints. You were probably started watching them in 2009.
(boat loads of sarcasm)

As much as I hate to say it, it's true. If Drew doesn't play near flawless, we can't close it out. The defense is awful, the O-line sucks donkey dicks for breakfast, and receivers can't get seperation. The horrible O-line play is making Drew force the ball to Graham on check downs. This is causing deflections because Graham is no longer a secret weapon, D-coordinators are planning for him.

I was waiting to hear something really stupid but I have never agreed more with his input.
Drew Brees CANNOT carry a team on his shoulders EVERY single week. Not even the greatest QBs in the history of the game could.
Sure they may win you games but week in and week out if you have to rely on them to bring you back every week sooner or later you will lose a game. ESPECIALLY if your offensive line is sucking it up.
Not saying you can't question a decision he makes or a throw he makes... Just saying, he has carried this team before and if the offensive line is blocking I feel we are NEVER out of any game with him at QB.

Before you buy in to Bayless' bullshite, you should know that the Saints are 26-18 on the road since 2006 which puts them in the NFLs top 5 during that period.

For years The Saints were one of the best road teams.

The Saints had an off day. Maybe they put too much offense up last week!
Who knows. I tell you one thing, the Rams did not look like an 0-6 team yesterday. They were getting more pressure on Brees than anyone else has all season. Howie Long's kid had the game of his career, Jackson was a beast all game. They will bounce back from this.

Sorry. Can't help it if I don't join the blind fans on here that want to pretend all will be ok.
But you stay unrealistic and I'll be me. Whatever makes you happy

The Saints blow. Their lines are aweful. I don't know if its coaching or their schemes but its horrible.
The defense is garbage. Its not far fetched to believe they should blow that side of the ball up and start over, keeping maybe 4-5 of the players. Its just bad.

maybe you need to read my posts before assuming stupid shite. i said we looked horrible yesterday, no denying that. we have a lot of issues, no doubt. im not ready to jump ship. take it game by game. still leading the south

So what's your problem then? I basically said all that in my thread about taking it one game at a time.
And I believe Bucs are back in 1st and we are tied with Atlanta

No one from Louisiana should hold any stock in what Bayless says ever.
For example, 3 weeks ago he said Oklahomo and 40 year old man were going to be undefeated at this point, and Bama was going to play out to meet Oklahomo in BCSNC.
He's just a cheerleader. He's single, neat, thin....

nearly every thread, every post since after the game you just want to bash the saints and try to ram your whiny opinions down everyones throat. youre a negative poster who sees no positive about this team. you thrive on the saints faults. you must be a terrible person to hang with

quote:it would make me and everyone else happy If you would stop turning every thread into a bitch bitch bitch we are a below average team thread. Everyone here knows this team is not a superbowl team right now but teams can improve and make a run so instead of freaking out about losses you should just accept the saints for who they are which is a playoff team that could make a run for the sb with some luck because all the bitching doesn't help anything it just gets repetitive and annoying

Might get repetitive but that doesn't make it untrue

The Saints offense had an off day.

IMO. this is the problem. Since we dont have a good defense, when the offense has a bad day, we lose.
This is why we;ll rounded teams fare much better. A good defense could have kept the game in check a little better to keep it within reach.

such a knowledgeable fan but can't take 3 seconds to look up the standings and see we're a half-game up?
