LSU will destroy Arky this year. What will be your excuse when LSU beats bama on nov. 5th?

Right, that was the belief in 09. Julio's td should have been called back for block in back on Taylor, 15 yard penalty for leading with the helmet on darrius to JJ's chest. That's just 3 of 8 no calls aginst bama. SEC decided before season started that Ala & Fla would meet for SEC title and winner would get to go to BCS title game. When was the last time you saw a fair game called in either Auburn or Bama?

We won't need an excuse because we won't lose.

i think its just overall terrible. no consistency from game to game, conference to conference.

i mean, not getting that extra point that ckearly missed is inexcusable. that person should not have a job.

i get they arent gonna get em all, but plenty they get wrong that they shouldnt.

Dude, I am on your side totally. I have said in many different threads on this site that I am sick and tired of the whining and bitching and about conspiracy theories that our fans have. It makes us all look bad.

I think the subject of this thread is one of the most retarded that I have ever seen on here...yes, OP, I am going to spend the next 12 days worried sick about the officiating.

cbssports did a great article on the missed PP7 interception

I just don't understand how refs missed it when they looked at it for 10 minutes under with the best views possible. Why would a ref still make wrong call there?

Oh..you mean this: Jefferson speared/Ref watches/NO CALL

And this: Bama facemask NO call

It is no coincidence that Bama has been at or near the top of the least penalized teams recently.

I find it funny that when Saban was at LSU...LSU was not near the top most years, but now a Saban led Bama is.

Hmmm...

frick it. Let Bama's TD be worth 9 points and there FGs worth 4. Who gives a damn. Will not matter. Tigers are coming for blood Nov. 5th.

Just did some research...

In 2010 data was collected looking at the previous 3 years penalty stats.

Bama was the least penalized at 40% of enforceable penalties going against them. LSU was last at 56% going against them.

Moreover...Saban's LSU teams received 50.7% of enforceable penalties compared to just 40% against his Bama teams.

That is a clinically significant difference given the sample size.

Yes!! I'm worried...it seems like every single time we step foot in the state of Alabama whether it be at Bama or against the Barn the refs favor the Bama or Auburn. We always have bad calls go against us!

I'm worried, but I think we'll overcome. I'm hoping the refs will be very conscious of the fact that the majority of the country is watching and all of the sports media will be scrutinizing this game. If the refs try to frick us the country will know.

For some reason I'm worried the ref that flagged Wing is gonna call a BS penalty. He's always yelling at our players after big plays

If Wing had run the last 8yds like he ran the 1st 44yds,he wouldn't have gotten a flag. The LSU players better learn to let their play do the talking.Act like a monkey and the officials will likely throw the flag.Choices have consequences.

Anyone already worried about the officiating

I'd say it's been mentioned everyday for the last couple of weeks. So apparently some people are.

But don't worry . . . Scully's on the case.
