Who isn't confident we can go rip Bama in 2 weeks?

I have never felt more pride in knowing we are sending a dominant team up to Tuscaloser to play for LSU and bring home a win.
This is one of the most amazing teams I have ever watched and find it hard to beLEEve this is our team....GEAUX TIGERS!

I'm not confident that they'll rip them a new one. I think it'll be a close game though.
I said they won't rip THEM a new one, but I think AJ McCarron may be in for a loooooong game on the 5th. He very well may get ripped 2 new ones.

I don't think either team will rip the other. Its a game that clearly could go either way.

Time to add to the BAMA QB RAPING highlight reel...AJ, McElroy, JPW...would love to see AJ get laid out on a safety blitz....or FREAKED!

Just remember that ALL GAME OFFICIALS are residence of Tuscaloosa, ALABAMA.................
LSU will have to beat all 11 on the field and all of the officials..............
The rest of the SEC should push to move the SEC office from school to school every 4 years....

me....sabama will not roll over for anyone. that game will be a war probably not decided until late or by SEC refs. we're gonna get smacked in the mouth all nite long....we're just gonna have to smack back harder.

I don't see anyone getting ripped in that game. Both teams could come out flat after off weeks, and there will be some tension in the first quarter or two. Two even teams...mistakes and turnovers will be the deciding factor IMHO. May the Tide go out in a foam of them. Can't wait!

It's gonna be a war. If anyone thinks we're going to come out and dominate, it's going to be a frustrating game for them to watch.

I'm very confident for some reason. I'm usually not though. It's strange.

This. Bama's too good (and the refs are too biased) for LSU to "destroy" them.

I haven't watched Bama at all this season, so I can only go by what I hear about them and what I know about LSU.
All I hear is how unbeatable Bama is, but I really can't see this LSU team getting beat either. So something will give.

SEC refs.
To those complaining about the refs: Please stop acting like Georgia.
LSU has somehow managed to overcome this challenge and won 2 National Championships in the last 8 years. And even if it were true, there's nothing you can do about it. So just shut your hole. Get tough. And act like you've been there. Blaming stuff on refs is low class. Let everybody else do that kind of crap.

I am so tired of the ignorance of these statements. NO, the officials do not "residence" in Tuscaloosa. The more you people keep bringing this up, the more idiotic our fans look.

One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has a QB depth chart that's won against Alabama. Won against Georgia, Auburn, & Florida, all on the road.
One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has seen and heard it all before. They've gone on the road and beaten Oregon, State & West Virginia on the road this year.
One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has beaten 6 teams, all ranked in the Top 20 at the time they played them, by double digits.
One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has faced three or four of the top offenses in America, and already beaten coordinators named Chip Kelly, Dan Mullen, Dana Holgorsen, Charlie Weis, & Gus Malzahn.
One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has a 1st year Quarterback facing the toughest defense he's ever gone against, for the first time. Ever.
One of the teams that will play on 11/5/11 has faced a gauntlet of opposition whose biggest challenge was a Penn State team that will finish in the middle of the road in the Big 10/11/12.
One of these teams looks like the other. But peeling back the surface, one of these teams is not like the other.
Distractions, being on the road, playing backups, going against Top 20 competition...One of these teams has been through that & hasn't let any of it phase them.
One team has not.

Alabama is great.
LSU is great.
Should be a great game and I give us a 50/50 shot.

Just posted that in coaching contrast thread. Should have put it here.
I am predicting a nice victory by 17-20 pts. TR hits 100 yds on >25 carries but not nearly enough offense to score much on LSU.
