The LSU stuff has been there for years. Almost no arkansas fans around up here. It is all LSU. You would be surprised. Used to be many many more cowboys fans but after the saints started winning, I'd say it's about even.

I bet the guy that put up the sign has really good seats for every game.

band wagon my a$$, there have always been plenty here, just not as proud as the Cowgirl fans but that has changed significantly over the last five years. Some people from BR are delusional about Shreveport

Grew up in S'port and didn't even attend LSU and I am a life-long Tiger's fan. Started following them closely when I was about 9 in 1995.

Anybody who believes there aren't many LSU fans in S'port are extremely ignorant.

majority sidewalk fans and those that went to LSU-S and actually think they are alumni

you do occasionally run into someone that actually went to LSU, few and far between

So let me make sure I'm understanding you: You can't be a true LSU fan unless you're an alumni? You just eliminated a lot of our fanbase, congrats.

I did some landman research when shale first started up here. I saw Moran name on alot of property around there. Actually, very first piece I researched, Moran had purchased 400 acres from Terry Bradshaw and then flipped the property for a million profit in less than a year and reserved the mineral rights. If I was Bradshaw I couldn't sleep knowing I once had 400 acres over one of the largest natural gas finds in the entire world. I guess it's another reason for Tech to really hate the sign because they could have been getting 10% of Bradshaws royalties.

That is on the Moran Ranch. Scotty Moran. 10% of his royalties goes to LSU

This guy knows what he's talking about. I've been tailgating with Scotty for about 6-7 years now and I can tell you there are two things that man loves: his money and his tigers. Doesn't even live in S-port anymore, some small town in TX. Him and his wife fly his private jet in for all the home games.

I was stationed at Barksdale in the late 60's and the local station that carried NFL - carried the cowbitches - not the Saints - of course that was a long time ago.

Techs greatest football accomplishment of the last quarter century is a 24-16 loss to LSU.

I have never encountered more delusional fans than those who cheer for the techsters.

HAHAHAHA, Shreveport probably has a higher percentage of its population as LSU fans than BR.

See the big natural gas stuff behind it?

It started as a little POS flag exhibit and has gradually gotten better as more royalties have come in.

It's a nice gesture, IMO

Took this on my phone for my annual Louisiana vist from Oklahoma.

That has been there for a few years now, I always look forward to seeing it as I enter/leave Louisiana.

The big sign is actually a barrier for a well site. Pretty common up here the graphics were just added to the wall.
