Of course, he would laugh at it & not take it. But at least Tulane would show that they care at least some about football by just contacting Leach.

Frank made it out of Nicholls and that is the graveyard of all graveyards with that AD and VP. Frank has learned a lot, but organization is the key. Porter has not learned, and I think he hired a lot of inexperienced high school coaches who brought players. But, if he wants to be a HC, this might be his big chance.

LSU would still get the top recruits from NOLA (maybe not as easily) but it would be those guys like John Thomas, Darrian Dyson, Derrick Raymond and Otha Peters that Frank Wilson would take.
He'd probably make for a pretty good team. I'd doubt Freak or Dwayne Thomas or Ronnie Feist would go to Tulane over LSU or other SEC school.
