IT Board? Please?

There seem to always be a few IT-related questions floating about the various boards. Sadly, they sometimes get quickly drowned out due to various other topics. Can we get an IT board so those threads can be consolodated there?

Perhaps a rename of the Help board to a Help/IT board would work?
