I only took regular season. I figured it fair considering we are cherry picking at this point.

You would expect that taking only the best five games would yield a heavy favor, but it doesn't.

It yields a 2 ppg difference, which is basically nothing. Especially seeing as we haven't faced a defense as bad as Ole Miss' from last years yet.

Scoring defenses in 2010 for those teams:
Ole Miss = 107
ULM = 97
McNeese State = UR FCS
UF = 29
A&M = 34

Average = 67

Scoring for defenses in 2011 teams:
Oregon = 59
NWLA = UR FCS
MSU = 51
WVU = 46
UK = 60

Average = 54

So we are scoring about the same against better defenses.
