I was the one that referenced olegreg. I too and not married, no kids, don't hunt or fish have no hobbies other than LSU football and baseball and occasionally basketball. I don't see the harm in getting autographs for your collection. When you meet these guys that creates a memory and by having the item that brings those memories back years later. I am not saying I am a hoarder, but a few things here and there don't seem like an issue.

hey ole greg...according to secman12 we(collectors) should never get any autographs because we are over the age of 3.
i don't hunt or fish. collecting and going to LSU ballgames is my hobby.


yea, that is what i said..lol...actually all i said was it is wrong to be making money from getting things signed and selling them for profit, and almost the entire thread agreed and if that is not enough, it is against NCAA rules and could cost a player eligibility....but do not let the truth get you buddy..lol

so olegreg, what do you think? Is it ok to profit from autographs and maybe get players in trouble? because I have NO issue with collectors and am one myself
