My advice is to inventory everything accurately
Then go to the curator of the andonie museum and negotiate a loan of your historically significant stuff to them. They will take care of it and everyone can enjoy it.
I donated some stuff to them years ago when the museum was in the athletic dept building. They are great people and they will acknowledge your loan of items with a sign or something

man I wish Tom Contine' was still running the museum. it took a huge step back when the guy now took over.

Didn't know that management had changed
I am in favor of people loaning their stuff for all of us to see. No offense to Greg but I can't take my son to his crib to see his collection

when the andonie museum opened where it is now they had a really great and enthusiastic guy running it named Tom. Awesome to talk with and hear old stories about stuff. I don't recall the new guy's name but I don't think he does as much with the museum as Tom did and he's a stick in the mud.

Oh yeah and I told you that you would need a whole house for all your stuff. I remember now.

Well as nice as it is for you to possess all of this stuff and share it with us here it doesn't do the average tiger fan much good. You have some stuff that has real historical value that many would appreciate
Nothing pisses me off more when we talk about LSU collections than to know that some uptown Nola son of a bitch probably has the original tiger rag sitting in a safe.
When I said loan items to the andonie I meant loan it directly to the museum for display. When they want to take something out you pick it up. If they want to put your stuff in a warehouse tell them to piss off
I had every bowl game program and a ton of old magazines collected from trade shows and a monthly paper called sports collectors digest before eBay even existed. I loaned some of those years ago to the museum and I donated them some stuff too.
I got married, had kids and stopped collecting. All of my stuff sits in boxes in my garage now
My holy grail is the 1935 college basketball championship program, never found it or even seen one. I do have a 1953, 1981, 1986 and 2006 final four program

Jack Jaubert
Jack's 1971 LSU v ND game used jersey. Great story he told me behind it.

Few new pickups
Signed Shaq SI
Been wanting one of these for some time. Its an old bar stool with the sailor tiger on it
1958 Wire photo of Cannon scoring a TD against Bama. Its larger than the other wire photos I have which are 8x10. This one is 16x20.
