I think he's a great leader, awesome person, and good ambassador for LSU, but we have plenty of pure wideouts that bring more to the table than him. He was my favorite recruit ever, and I wish he could become a more reliable player...But I just don't know anymore.

I don't think he had a well thrown ball to him all night, but he was open on several plays. Get the ball in his hands and you should have a different opinion.

he should have went to the ground on the two shoe lace passes to him...sure they were low but if he slides they are completions for 20-25 yards

Nope.

Right now it disrupts what we're trying to do in an attempt to include him.

I was thinking the same thing. Given the talent we have at wide receiver and their ability to run the ball after the catch, I'm not sure what extra he brings. I could be totally wrong, but that's just my opinion.

Extremely overrated IMO, ODB and Randle are MUCH better IMO. They giy is a great athlete on the jet sweep, etc. Just hasn't impressed me, I think the expectations for him were extremely high though. ODB is a ball player. Makes play after play when we need it.

Only had one catchable ball thrown his way and he had to make an athletic move to catch that one. He'll be ok .

I hate to say it but I think his coming back kinda hurt the progression the offense had been making. Not to say there isnt a place for him. I just think the plays we ran for him we a little forced. Hopefully a week of practice smoothes everything out.

Some of those balls werent thrown well, but he needs to make adjustments when the ball is coming his way. He continues his route rather than going to the ball and it hurt his performance tonight.

If he goes to the ball on some of those plays he makes another catch or two.

Well put. There were 3 dropped balls by him. He has a problem catching low balls. I think he wants to keep running after the catch when he needs to go to the ground and catch it.

he never has been a good receiver. i'd rather see him running with the ball, or using him on bubble screens. it surprised me when he caught the downfield pass he did.

Consider this is his first game this season too. Its been all practice up until this game. I would not count him out just yet! He will be fine.

I think he'll be ok as well. However, I do feel like we forced the ball to him early on and that got us out of sync. Just my opinion though....he's gonna get back into form.
