Still way too early to call Cam a success, I want to see how he fares once league DCs make their adjustments to him. He's put up big #s but still has a low completion % and tons of ints.
And for the race baiting, tebow faced just as many questions about his intelligence as Cam did. I still question Cam's intelligence and overall ability to lead a team. We'll see.

Yeah, Vince started in a better situation (even with the discord over the Norm Chow offense). His surrounding talent was a lot better.
Plus, Vince, for better or worse, just always struck me as a guy who said, "I'm gonna play my way and make it work." Which worked in college, and at times in the league.
Cam has totally embraced the idea that he needs to get stronger in the pocket/reading defenses/going through progressions.
