They were very complimentary of Lee. Saying he is smart with the ball and could make the plays to win a game if the run was shut down.

An ex-WVA coach was on the panel so they were nice to WVA. basically said LSU to big and deep to not win.

Eta: good words about Lee. Said offense has identity now.

James and Palmer said this on the broadcast the other night. Said Lee is capable of being more than a "game manager", and that Kragthorpe backed that claim.

I actually like this show/station. Very different from the other ESPN networks. The Experts and the Pollack/Palmer show are pretty great for college football coverage.

I guess they got tired of looking bad
Similarly to Herbie, who would always praise his Buckeyes and finally decided that it was doing him more harm than good because they kept losing the big game. Now he soft sells.
