I think people are latching onto this phrase. Not saying the OP is one such person however.

Maybe it's just how he throws. Maybe he throws more with his hips.A QB coach could give himself a headache pointing out all of the problems with Philip Rivers' motion, but it works for him.

Not saying it is the case or isn't, and I'm not comparing Lee to Rivers, but rather that I don't give a damn if he throws off of his left hand if the ball gets where it is supposed to go.

When Bernie Kosar won at Miami he threw the ball side arm when necessary.

Comparing throwing off ones back foot and throwing motion is comparing apples and oranges.

Watch Lee in pregame warming up. I bet you will not see him throw off his back foot once. It is not his "style". It is a qb who is skittish in the pocket, has happy feet, and throws off his back foot. I love the kid for his dedication to LSU, but he is lacking toughness in the pocket.
