DE Play...What a difference a couple of years makes

Anyone remember RAhim Alem's routine of just running straight up the field to try to get a sack on every single down while letting running backs run right under and around him for large gains?
Boy those days are gone. The DEs did a tremendous job of holding the edge an contain and they also made enough plays penetrating.
These guys are playing physical and smart. got to hand it to the coaching we have on the defensive side of the ball now. light years better

Alem had his own awesome celebration though all we have now is an angry looking sam montgomery after every play

I liked Alem the pass rush specialist (the 08 version). the every down DE not so much, though he had his moments there.

Don't see Ken Adams make many plays, but he is starting, so he must be doing something right. Can't wait to see the M&M boys though at the same time full time, Mingo and Montgomery
