From what i can tell is Tampa signed him late July and dropped him about a week later.

Look Im usually against the whole should we take this LSU guy, but this guy is a genuine badass kicker and we could sure use him right now!

We need two apparently. I hope they make a decision on that soon. I hate carrying two kickers.
