Lady behind me at Gameday this morning, from Oregon, said the Ducks don't travel well b/c they are still an up and coming program and the people don't want to travel to see what is not guaranteed a win.

Damn

Fans we talked to said they are told what color shirts to wear. It's on their tickets, and it's serious business. You wear the color you are told. I laughed.

But every person we've met seem to be really nice people. I hope the LSU fans don't embarrass us too badly.

I think tonight it's black. I know it is for the team, but can't remember what it is for the fans.

I've walked between lots 4,5,6,7,12,13,14 and 11. Saw maybe 8 Duck fans.

In fact I haven't seen enough duck fans to be sure that it's not worse.

They will still be in the stadium. I can imagine it will be 25-30% Oregon fans, 60-65% LSU fans, and 5-15% random fans since it is a neutral site game.

The Oregan fans had trouble getting here because they got pulled over often for going 118 mph and smoking pot. Every state other than Oregon took issue with that.

A couple of times over the last few years various people have tried to get everyone to wear a certain color, but for the most part Ducks fans don't do this. Everyone just wore what they were going to wear anyway.

Saw at least 40 tiger fans sporting LSU gear at the TCU game last night and only 6 Org fans.

Granted Waco/Dallas is a hell of a lot closer BR than it is to the west coast.

For the most part the Org fans were reasonable and generally nice.

2 things of note:

Security in RV lot said he has never seen anything like this before

Too bad we are playing indoors cuz if the UO players wilted in the heat like their fans, it would be easy pickings tonight
