Fans we talked to said they are told what color shirts to wear. It's on their tickets, and it's serious business. You wear the color you are told. I laughed.
A couple of times over the last few years various people have tried to get everyone to wear a certain color, but for the most part Ducks fans don't do this. Everyone just wore what they were going to wear anyway.

It's a wash, I was hoping both of those idiots would pick LSU.

I don't know what predictions you are seeing, but I am seeing a very even split. I also don't recall have seen any serious analyst predict a blowout either way. But hey Tiger fans really like to play the disrespect angle, so have fun with that. I'll help you out Oregon 59 LSU 7.

Slick Stick or whatever did say "blackout," but he meant that ABC as a channel would not be offered by Cox due to a contract dispute.
NBC was blocked by Time Warner here in Austin for a good three weeks until a deal was reached.
You do know there is a thing call an antenna? Even if your cable company was in a contract dispute you could simply plug in a tv antenna and you would be good.

Never said that moron. I think they are a great team but I think that some of the things they do are busch league. Going for 2 for no reason is busch league. I can't wait til it cost the ducks a game.
I actually think it is closer to miller lite league, I've never like Busch.
Luckily it won't ever cost the ducks a game because we always line up in a two point formation, if you don't have enough players on that side of the field, we go, if you do we kick. I can't recall us ever being unsuccessful on a two

I would agree with you, but as an Oregon fan he had the exact same issues at Oregon. Started off good, got worse, called inexplicably plays in odd situations, had an uncanny ability to find plays that worked and went away from them by running time after time plays that got stuffed.

Maybe its because the player who was ahead of him graduated last year...
I am a bit concerned, but I would be more concerned if he got the job by default. He beat out more experienced players.
Besides him, there is only other person on the line without significant starting experience. The line concerns me, but it concerns me less than WR. then again I was confident about the line agianst Boise St, and LSU is certainly beeter up front then Boise St.

Not a housing issue. He "discussed his NCAA questions with a player about to be interviewed by the NCAA".
This is the same concept as why Dez Bryant got suspended for a year for lying even though the thing he was lying about was not an NCAA violation.
More then taking money from agents the thing the NCAA will hammer you hardest on is interfering with the enforcement process.

Honestly, why would any D1 school want him for one year. He hasn't shown he is that great of a QB. I don't really see it being worth it for a school to have even an average QB for just one year.

Not against SEC teams, quackleberry....
You're right, in two games against SEC teams he has 563 yards passing. That averages out to 281.5 yards a game passing, which is better than the 221 he averaged for the year. I guess we should assume if he played an SEC shceduled he would have better stats.

It was already a long topic...didn't want to spell out Oregon.
I am glad UO doesn't have any freshman playing against ULS, that way we can bring all of our players to the game against LSU.

Auburn gave us a games worth of ways to contain the Oregon offense, since LSU's defense is no less (overall) talented as the Auburn 2010 defense, and arguably better
Here is the thing, Oregon did okay against the Auburn defense besides a few small things that can be fixed. Darron Thomas didn't make good decisions at times especially in short yardage situations. You better believe that was worked on a lot over the summer. Twice oregon went inside the 20 and came away with no points because they couldn't convert in short yardage. If they come away with 10 points in those situations, then no one would be talking about Auburn containing Oregon.
Granted, anyone can look back and get rid of the bad plays to prove their point, but in order for LSU to win I believe they are going to have to hold Oregon to a lot less yards then Auburn did. If Oregon gets 450 yards I think they are scoring around 30 points, I don't see how LSU gets that many.

You keep ignoring 363 yards passing. You are the only person on the entire planet who think Auburn won that game because Auburn BACK 7 shut down Oregon. Anyone who knows anything about football, so once again I am not talking about you, knows that the game was won in the trenches.
Honestly I don't get your argument. It is a perfectly reasonable argument that LSU will win because they are superior on the line, but to think they will win because of a huge advantage of match ups at the skill position is just ignorant.

Actually I do, Your QB threw 2 interceptions, Oregon got 125 of their passing yards on 2 plays...2 plays, otherwise your QB failed to consistently get yards through the air.
You have caused me to change my opinion of you, no longer do I believe you don't know what you are talking about, now I think you are actually just stupid. Thomas had 363 yards passing, so while he did gain 125 on 2 plays (which by the way was only 3 less than LSU gained all game against Auburn), he gained 248 on the rest of the plays.
By the way all defenses in the world are great if you simply subtract out the big plays they give up. Moron.

Anyone else not sweating the Oregon game?
The way I see it, JL is at worst on par with JJ.
If this is the case why was JJ your starting QB? Do you think you know that much more than your coach. Yes Lee may be a better passer (though according to stats he isn't much better), but that doesn't necessarily make him a better QB.

Well for the 40 times you shouldn't base your opinion on Rivals numbers, I got mine from the GoDucks website. Here's the little part about Dior's 40 time electronically timed "took first in the 40 yard electronic (4.74 seconds) during winter conditioning.
The conditions were awful and all of the 40 times were slow. Luckily a number of our players also ran track. You can look up their 100 times if you want.

First post on the rant, so go easy.
I watched a pitiful Auburn back 7 physically dominate this team.
Maybe you shouldn't have made a post because then everyone wouldn't have realized you have no clue what you are talking about.
I assume you mean front 7, because if you mean back 7 that indicates you didn't watch the game. Oregon lost the game at the line of scrimmage, but we did light up the Auburn secondary. Second Auburn did not have a pitiful front 7, Nick Fairly in particular changed the game.
