Last time I was at Pellegrin Marine they had a fincat in for engine work. Looked like a nice boat but it did show some corrosion. Not sure if the owner kept up with his anodes. If I had the money I would go Freeman I also am interested in the Calcutta 263 catamaran. 40mph with twin 90's and cruises with a 4mpg fuel burn. the fold down transom would be great for diving and hauling in large fish.

My dad and late grandfather always had Boston Whalers. My dad had a 25 outrage with twin 150s that would beat you to death and my grandfather had a 27 offshore with twin 250s that rode marginally better. Haven't rode on the new designs to compare the ride but did get to crawl a 37' center console rigged up for defense work at the last work boat show in NOLA that thing is a beast with tripple verados.
