Nothing unconstitutional about it at all. When you sign for your driver's license, you are signing the "Implied Consent" clause that says you will provide a sample upon being arrested for DWI.

but they can only arrest you for DWI after giving the sample.

Taking of blood, and therefore DNA is FAR above reasonable.
