They have 3 Sweet 16's total in their history(1969,80,2007).
Nothing to brag about. They have only been to the NCAA Tourney 12 times, and yes, Sweet 16 is as far as they have gone. Hell, they've only had 12 20 win seasons in their history.

IIRC, Aggie has been in one S16 in 30 years.

Our recruiting since his exit suggests otherwise. He was a great on court coach, but always struggled in recruiting and was always looking for his next way out. I don't blame him for wanting to leave, we are a stepping stone for schools like Maryland. But it was painfully obvious all the time.
