There are others here that are much better than me but I used this rub to oven bake some ribs and it was awesome...
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 slabs of pork spareribs or 4 slabs of baby-back ribs
9 tablespoons (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon Dijon or yellow mustard

No why? It's Wednesday and I've got a tight couple of days before the weekend.

But I have two very nice bottles of wine for the game. Just need to decide what to cook with them.

I meant try your rub and cook about three and a half hours.

I like to coat them with siracha sauce then add the rub. Which for me is just equal parts..

Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Chili Powder.

Sorry, your posts made no sense to me at first. I get it now.

Hope you figured out what to do with that wine!

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup paprika
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/8 cup cinnamon
2 tbsp ground mustard
2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Rub Friday night, smoke around 5-6 hours @ 225-240 degrees. Please dont wrap your ribs in foil... you might as well bake them if you're gonna do that.

A mix of apple and hickory is what I like for smoke.

Disagree. They catch smoke before the foil wrap, and the foil wrap saves you a little time.
