Mustard + Rub

Crutch: 3 hours on rack, 2 hours wrapped in foil with mix of apple juice/cider, 1 hour on grill with sauce.

I had a very bad experience at Fleming's and had been there many times in the past and had always had great food and service.Long story short: It's gone downhill and I would not recommend it.

The only thing I do not like about Ruth Chris is the atmosphere and the chairs are so low to the ground and a slippery leather that I feel like I'm a kid and need a high chair.

I don't know about the Honey Baked Ham but I know they've put in a Hello Sushi booth. I dunno who really wants to be eating raw fish in this heat, but more power to you!
