Dear Bisonduck:

What was your main point? The sizes are comparable across the lines. What matters is how they will play. I do not see size resulting in being over-matched for either team. It will come down to talent and execution.

Look I was born an LSU fan and do I think the Tigers will prevaail. Yes I do. Do I think it will a blowout. NO. Just the oposite. This is going to be one of the best games of the season that will be played at the speed of a hockey game. LSU and Oregon may just be the two fastest teams in the nation.

WHO CARES!!!

You Oregon fans act like we don't play against Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Arkansas, etc., all of whom have BETTER O-lines that your precious Ducks.

It's borderline stupidity to continue making these comparisons. You struggled AND lost to a big, SLOW Ohio State offensive line. Seriously, no one is doubting the fact that Chip Kelly recruited bigger O-lineman, hell, he had no choice if he plans to keep up with the big boys. There are so many other factors that you have to consider other than size.

I find it very strange that you Oregon fans don't think we've played legit O-lineman before.

Please, stop this NONSENSE.

Dude speed is what's going to kill you, not size.

not to sound like and arse, but there isn't a differnce size but ther is a differnce in talent. well at least at the dl position. the sec is loaded with nfl caliber defensive lineman.

You have too much spare time man.

And lob is a douche. LSU fans aren't any dumber than any other college sports fanbase. Football analysis is a universally lowbrow topic of interest anyway, as many of the Oregon fans in this thread have demonstrated.

It's not just size with the SEC it's the speed in the trenches. The SEC Front 7 on the defensive side of the ball are faster then the avg defensive lineman compared to other conferences.

It's not necessarily the size that's so great. The fact that that kind of size can catch a "scat back" from behind makes it a whole different ballgame.
