For the sake of argument, JJ hasn't been in trouble before that I'm aware of (although I realize he could have been and we just don't know).
Lowery, on the other hand, stalks a girlfriend, she files a restraining order pertaining to the night of the fight BUT also for times before that August 18 day AND he's arrested in Florida (although I don't remember what for).
