The letter that A&M President R. Bowen Loftin sent to the Big XII was dated
August 24, 2011 (here's the letter)
Liucci pointed all along in his updates as "Wednesday" being the likely "big day," and it was.
A&M just didn't notify anyone else in the media about it until Thursday.
So he was actually ahead of you, me, and all other journalists and voices shouting in the wilderness, and will continue to be.

You know by now that I was against aggy coming to the conference but it is a done deal so I will move on.
