One of my husband's friends at work brought a huge batch to work today. My husband asked his friend for the recipe and his friend tells him it came from TD. I have searched and I can't find it.

eta: just got to work and went to print the recipe and I saw tomatoes. Now I am not sure this is the right one. Tomatoes?

Cook the same as regular jamb but a little more water. Pasta is much more forgiving than rice.





I don't use tomato.

Use this if you can find it. Better than pork butt meat IMO.

Pochejp has a good recipe for jambalaya, and later in the post shows how to sub in the spagetti for pastalaya. I cooked the pastalaya for the first time last weekend , and I actually like it better than rice. It seems that the spagetti just soaks up the flavor a little more...
