Again--The only f#@$# Press Conference he ever done-Never mention how he will clean up the Crime in BTR and partner with community leaders to have our officers make a difference. KIP you suck!!! This is the "Status Qou" Puppet/Arse Kisser--We had an opportunity to have an Arse Kicker as Chief but he didnt't have any ties to folks here. Long as Crime Stays North of Florida Blvd and non- Color of people are affected. He's doing a Great Job!!

Is as rock-solid of an individual and professional as you're going to find. He's nobody's puppet, trust me.
If you want to know why they're investigating this crime thoroughly, ask yourself this: Why does a small town clean up their downtown area and hang banners before a presidential visit? Why do workers do their best work when the boss is looking over their shoulder?
If you don't think the extra attention matters, you're delusional. It's the way the world works.
