Would Les Have "Lawyer-Client" Privileges?

Meaning that just as a lawyer does not have to disclose what a client informed him of, would Les have to disclose in courts (if it came to that) what Jordan, et al told him in private as to what transpired?

He would have spousal privileges with JJ.

Attorney: Coach Miles, what did Mr. Jefferson tell you regarding the incident in Shady's parking lot?
Coach Miles: I don't remember.
Okay, let's grab some lunch!

It doesn't matter for the most part it's hearsay and they can't ask him to speak about it...I think?

Les is not the client, thus, he is not covered under the A/C privilege.
He can, however, interview Miles for any info he may know.

No, since he is not a lawyer, doctor, preacher or his wife no priviledge exist. Yes, because since the alleged victims have hired counsel to sue the players and LSU he will have LSU in-house counsel if not outside too in all meeting with players about this and leading all investigations so they can in fact claim priviledge on damn near everything.
Now gentleman, they are three ways we can defend this, self defense, that your were provoked by words or actions, or that they started the whole thing. Which of these defenses best describes this incident?

Not hearsay in a criminal prosecution against JJ. It would be admission of a party opponent, meaning not hearsay.
Unless Les went to law school, is a doctor, or has become a priest, it would not be privileged.
