ok.. good points. the difference between 3 and 4 star prestige is pretty severe over a course of a dynasty.
Stanford, A&M, SCar, Okie St would all destroy.
3 Star and <85 looks good. The top programs in the 3* class seem to be the likes of Purdue, SMU, Boston College, Cal, Nevada, washington, oregon state etc.

The only problem with 3 star < 85 is that almost all 3 stars > 85.

trying to gather a list of all teams/prestige/overall ratings but work filters are fricking me.
can only see prestige ratings and ranking... not overall rating.
