That's my choice even though they are a smaller program. Those hillbillys would fit right in.

Way to far North for my liking. They are seriously next to Pittsburg.

No, not at all.

I'd prefer a Carolina or Florida team.

I don't think it would ever happen. Their academics are way too important to them. Dummies.

If they come in, I vote for them becoming Arkansas' permanent cross-division opponent. We could call it The Hillbilly Bowl!

WVU has passionate fans, good football, good basketball, decent facilities with enough supporters to seek improvement, and a good game day atmosphere. The only problem is that they are located in West Virginia. That's a big problem there.

I don't really have anything against WV or WVU. The only person I've ever met from there was a UK cheerleader, then a WVU cheerleader, now she cheers for the Redskins so maybe that has something to do with it.

I thought I had read or heard somewhere that a large percentage of their student body is from the New Jersey/New York area. Could be bad information, but if true, not sure that would be a good fit in the SEC.

I've heard that, too. Morgantown is basically on the Pennsylvania line.

WVU is the fall back school for NJ, PA, and even WV. It's like AU, Georgia Southern for ATL. I think they only require you have a pulse and the ability to write your name and boom you're a mountaineer.
