Growing up - Tulane and Ole Miss (Bama routinely beat the snot out of us - not much of a rivalry)
Now - Bama and Auburn
Never - Arkansas

quote:I have. 1996. LSU took a 12 point lead by returning the second half kickoff, and the stadium emptied. I was sitting in the OM section with my Rebel wife (now converted, pissed about the Bear thing). LSU wound up stomping that arse, but I couldn't believe how they vacated the place not even down two TDs, and about to get the ball. Sad...
after reading this thread Im going to assume many of you have never been to oxford miss for an LSU/om football game

# 2 Alabama. Alabama 2011 defense will be much stronger then before. The Tide will rock & roll again this year. The question is, will the other SEC team like LSU be better?

Ole Miss or Alabama, but Auburn is creeping up. They rarely played Auburn until the SEC went to 12 teams, but they played OM and Bama yearly. Tulane used to be a big rival, but they're completely irrelevant these days.

Had this question asked of me by a Florida fan this weekend, and as I fall in the age group of 0-20 It was difficult to answer....but ended up saying Bama...though it was an unfulfilling answer

Age - 70 (Just my opinion)
Tulane then Ole Miss progressed to Auburn and now Alabama or Florida. There was a time Texas A&M was close.
In the past the only schools that considered us to be their biggest rival was Tulane and probably Ole Miss even though they had Mississippi State.
