motherfricker i got in so much shite b/c of joe
he played, b/c our coaches weren't total assholes that year (they were the year before when we were clearly the best team)
we kind of had a deal. since i was nice, i'd take the heat for telling him before the snap what we'd do, telling the defense what our play was. our team got SO frickING PISSED at me, too

We had a "special" coach. They gave him coaches clothes, a legal pad and a high lighter and let him hang around practice and on sidelines.
He didn't really get in the way much and kept to himself. One away game about half way through the 1st quarter someone realized he wasn't around. One of the managers started looking for him. About ten minutes later he spotted him sitting on the other teams bench.
