Not trying to be a debbie downer just pointing out that your original intention (Stock up) while good is better done when you can get the 10% discount.
Now if a wine store will do 4% off and the 10% discount, that is awesome, but I'd imagine they wont be doing that. Let me check with Joe at Carte des vins and get back to this topic.

Wouldn't it be business as usual for the retailer? The only difference is that they won't be collecting the 4% state sales tax to pass along to the Great State.
ETA: And I do plan on stocking up on beer and wine.
